The company Metalloy Italiana for more than 35 years provides its customers with professionalism, research, and speed of production of special industrial supplies for insulation and handling, starting from the prototyping phase to the fabrication and programming of large industrial supplies. Metalloy Italiana is a business particularly considerate of sustainability, which accompanies the entire team even in the design phase of new eco-sustainable products. Dr. Andrea Segatta, production manager, says: "We also develop tapes and specific fabrics for the welding and processing of biodegradable materials.”

Being an innovative business Metalloy Italiana maintains high production standards and applies practices to protect the territory. "Our production uses 90% of the energy produced by our photovoltaic system and we collaborate with Flexa to provide a thorough diagnosis and maintenance of all the equipment on site. We have signed a six-monthly scheduled maintenance contract," says Andrea Segatta.

The collaboration with Flexa began in 1999 with the purchase of the first manual roll cutter, moving towards more performing and innovative equipment such as Stratos, the automatic roll cutter with motorized blades for industrial use. Thanks to the customized maintenance contract, which contains technical skills, flexibility, and experience, and increases the efficiency and reliability of the installed machines.
